Pedestrian Legforms

The Pedestrian Legform models are intended for tests involving impact between the front section of a passenger vehicle and pedestrians. The models were originally developed in 2001 based on EEVC WG17 recommendations. Recently, they were updated and re-validated according to European Commission Regulation 631/2009. Details about the models can be found in the documentation that is included in the downloadable model package.

All current models can be obtained through our webpage in the LSTC Models download section or through your LS-DYNA distributor.
