Electromagnetic contact

It is possible to trigger the electromagnetism contact algorithms to check for contact between conductors and allow the electromagnetic fields to flow from one conductor to another when detected. This feature should be used when the conductors forming the closed circuit are moving or sliding against one another. For the Eddy current solver, at each electromagnetic time step, the solver will recompute the new BEM mesh. For the Resistive solver, no BEM is computed and constrains are added at the location of the contact zone. A typicall application can be simulating railgun models.
